Beau Went Home!

Wednesday (June 17) afternoon we finally got to take our little boy home! It was such a great feeling to have him home after 20 days in the NICU. He has been doing great and Baker seems to really like / love him. We were very worried about how Baker might react to his little bubba, but so far so good. Yesterday we took Beau to the doctor for his first check up and she seemed to think he was doing excellent. He does have a monitor for his heart rate and respiratory rate that he has to wear at all times for probably 4 - 6 weeks which is annoying, but way better than him still being at St Francis. Thank you everyone for your support and prayers. We love our friends and family very much - they are so good to us! Please continue to pray that Beau progresses as he should, that he won't have to wear the monitor much longer, that Baker continues to do well with the adjustment, and that I can get enough rest during the day.
